Cecil is my name, fun and swimming is my game! Born to a German Shorthair Pointer and father?  Possibly a Sharpei they tell me as evidence of my non-pointer-like wide muzzle and tipped ears.  Born in Brownsfille, FL, we didn't have much to eat and an animal rescuer asked if she could feed us more - as we nodded eagerly, the owners said yes! Then my real mom disappeared when I was still young and the rescue lady came and took us both, my sister and me.  We played a lot and met some other dogs, ran and swam in a small pond together, and learned how to sit, lay down and heal!  Though she says I need some tutoring again.  She says I am a good and loving boy, friendly to people and other dogs I don't know.  Bathing requires a little patience cause Dad did some bad things to me with water.  I sometimes lie down and don't cooperate but if you don't spray me with water hose too hard that scares me, I am basically good.  We have two rescue cats in our large yard and me and my friend, Lucy, another rescue, leave the kitties alone.  We also take walks around the neighborhood regularly and that's really fun.  Sometimes Lucy and I are sad because they go home to their families and pets and leave us alone.  PS, I'm already neutered, HW negative and on HW preventive, fully vaccinated and dewormed.  I'm looking for a family of my own.  Please come see me...and bring cookies!! !   Please contact Carolyn at 850-221-9192 in order to meet me!
