*Wandered the streets for a year or more *Had on a Seresto flea collar which he had outgrown *In December he was neutered, vaccinated, and had oral surgery (four teeth removed due to gum infection; completely healed now). *1-2 years old *11 pounds (and gaining!) *Likes: Purring, Head scratches, Catnip, Playing "hockey", People *Dislikes: Anything with a bell * He minds well (for a cat) *Litter box trained *Don't know how he would do with other cats or with dogs. He seems to want to be around other cats but after a life on the street fighting for food, he can get territorial at times. I think once he knows that he is finally home and can relax in his surroundings, he will do okay. *Very loving. But, again, he still gets a little skittish (cat toys scare him; he wants to play but is afraid) and defensive sometimes due to living on the streets. He needs consistency and security. Once he experiences that for a while and knows his home is permanent, he will be fine. *He is going to make an awesome companion for someone. I wish it could be me!
