Here is our stunning Lolly in the morning light ! How it sets off her natural beauty and gold necklace-like marking! Lolly was a skinny Lil gal and got her name from our first impression of her as a “ lollipop “:  skinny and sweet cowering in the back . She was in the back of her cage afraid when we rescued her just before Christmas from the county shelter where a well meaning person delivered her thinking she would “ find a good home “.  The lady dropping her off said she is just so friendly and “she wants to come in my house”. But Lolly was overwhelmed in the big ,noisy shelter and sat in the back of her cage wishing it were not true . Lolly is a quiet tho confident kitty who likes to fly below the radar and would be happiest in a home as an only kitty or with a small pet family where life is not raucous and loud and the other pets are not too controlling .  She has things to do after all like .... play ! She is truly the most playful adult cat her foster mom has ever met in her 10 + years of fostering !! She can entertain herself for hours with interactive toys such as the turbo scratcher with round scratch pad center and ball in circular track . Cattit design Senses toys were invented for Lolly it seems . Foster mom rotates the toys every day or two so she never gets bored You can even play the game with her if you want by rolling it in its track back to her . Nice children would be happy with Lolly and a nice dog could become her friend . Laser dot light you shine on the floor is super fun for you and Lolly! She can  be a lil chubby and so when she moves after the dot she reminds me of the graceful chubby dancer all compact and poised hugging low to the ground and patting the floor with both paws as she tries to touch the red laser light.  She has a tiny meow that she rarely uses except to thank you in advance at meal time She is soft and loves to be petted and brushed. She doesn’t get much “ lap time “ In foster moms lap because there are so many cats in care, but she would love to be your quiet companion and have a chance at more love and an empty lap or an opportunity to sit close by .

Lolly's adoption fee is $65.00 which includes up-to-date shots, FeLV test (negative), microchip, and spay surgery that is already done. All kitties are litterbox trained.

Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org.  There is a link on the top of the home page.
